Emotionology is an advanced self-help program. It includes a new healthy/wealthy philosophy, a collection of exercises along with models that explain how and why these exercises work. Although you probably will need someone to walk you through the exercisesat first, over time you can do them yourself. No one can make you update your thinking. It is up to you to choose to update your thinking and change your life. We have the tools to help you do this.

Emotionology started out in the 80s with quite a few techniques that came from (NLP) Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Over time other techniques were added from other programs and then the “Thinking Model” was added from marketing research. The “Bio-Chemical Model” which explains how emotions are really chemistry came from Candice Pert’s research. The Positive model or X vs. Y System was developed over time as a result of working with many people and discovering what works and what doesn’t work ending in a philosophy that creates health, wealth, and happiness.
Emotionology uses many exercises and processes where you can release the things that hold you back in life. We hold on to beliefs based on experiences we’ve had in our lives, usually as very young children.
When something happens in life and it affects us, it’s usually because an emotion is attached to it. When something else happens that reminds us of the emotion of that first event, it attaches itself to the first emotion, and now the two memories are related and categorized as one emotion. When you compound these feelings with other feelings as we go through life, they get tangled up in themselves and become confusion, triggers and buttons.
Some people want to make sense of the confusion and go into therapy to better understand why they feel the way they do — and look for a way to feel better. Others turn to drugs — prescribed or illegal — or alcohol to numb out, without much success. Others still turn to meditation, spiritual practices, anything to get on that path of feeling good about themselves.
Emotionology gets to the heart of an emotion. It takes the best part of practices one or two steps farther, to resolve an emotion without talking it to death. And through techniques you can learn to do yourself, you can clear up a negative emotion fast — sometimes in as little as 30 minutes.
